Who is responsible

The controller for this website is Anton Mamasuev, DMARS HORIZON – Independent Music Project, Unter den Eichen 48, 38446 Wolfsburg, Germany (see also the Impressum). For any privacy question, write to label@dmarshorizon.com.

Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (USA). When you open a page, Netlify automatically processes technical data such as your IP address, date and time, the requested page and your browser type in order to deliver the site and keep it secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Netlify is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Google Analytics (only with your consent)

If you click “Accept” in the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) to understand how visitors use the site, for example which pages are viewed. Google Analytics sets cookies and processes usage data and a shortened IP address; data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA, which is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25(1) TDDDG). Without your consent, Google Analytics is not loaded at all.

You can withdraw or change your choice at any time via Cookie settings in the footer of every page. Your choice itself is stored in your browser’s local storage; this is strictly necessary to remember your decision.

YouTube videos

Release pages show a preview image instead of a live YouTube player. Only when you press play is the video loaded from YouTube (Google Ireland Limited) in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). At that point your IP address and technical data are transmitted to Google, and YouTube may store information on your device. By pressing play you request this content (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Links to our YouTube channel and other social networks are plain links; no data is sent to these services until you click them.

Fonts

All fonts are hosted on our own server. No connection to Google Fonts or other font services is made.

Newsletter

When you subscribe to the DMARS HORIZON newsletter, we collect the email address you provide through a form processed by Netlify. We use it only to send occasional updates about releases, artists and label news, based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). We do not sell your email address. You can unsubscribe at any time by writing to label@dmarshorizon.com.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR), and the right to withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
